Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media Marketer to join our team full-time, on-site in Egypt. The ideal candidate understands marketing strategy, paid ads, and content performance, and knows how to turn ideas into real results. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns while working closely with the design and marketing teams to grow brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media strategies across different platforms
• Create, manage, and optimize paid ads campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Analyze performance, track KPIs, and improve results based on data
• Coordinate with designers to ensure strong, consistent content
• Write clear, engaging captions aligned with marketing goals
• Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and ad best practices

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media advertising
• Hands-on experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
• Good understanding of targeting, budgeting, and analytics
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Experience with marketing tools and ad managers is a plus
