Marketing Specialist
Job Description
We're seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. You'll work across multiple channels to reach and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Monitor and analyze market share performance across dealers and retailers
- Investigate and follow up on commercial irregularities involving dealers, retailers, and suppliers
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on market insights and research findings
- Set marketing objectives and identify effective channels to reach target audiences
- Measure campaign performance through surveys, analytics, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking and business development activities
- Support retail sales and project teams with product marketing initiatives
- Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Generate market visit reports and commercial market share analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams on new product and project launches
- Manage vendor registrations and governmental accreditations for tender participation
- Organize online and offline seminars to increase product awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong skills in market research and analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing campaign management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
